(Asshuara’) 26 : 183
وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
Don't reduce things to mankind, nor hasten mischief on the land.
